Raymond Albarando Rubio, 88, of Hilo, a retired farm supervisor and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Raymond Jr. and Nickolas, brother Ponci Robia, sister Antonina Himalaya, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo. Mass: 10 a.m. Graveside urn committal services: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
