Abel C. Quiocho, 79, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 11 mechanic and an Army veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Sallie, sons Quincy and Agent, daughter Melanie Tapia, brothers William Quiocho and James Martinez, sisters Darlene Fitzgerald and Agnes Snyder, and five grandchildren. Private services.
