Robert Earl Kaainoni Jr., 63, of Kailua, a retired Marine Corps major and judge advocate, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Hisako; sons Michael "Mike," Matthew "Matt" and Mark; and sister Lee. Visitation: 1 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
