Elsie Toshie Hiyane, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Tropicana Sportswear seamstress, died in Maluhia Long Term Health Care Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Milton M. and KeithK., caregiver and daughter-in-law Violet Hiyane and a grandchild. Visitation:9 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
