Koichi Masaki, 90, of Honolulu, a retired city plumbing inspector and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Betty, son Gregg, daughters Kathleen and Colleen, and sister Pauline. Private services.
