Gregorie Ventic “Mary” Valdez, 88, of Waianae died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Kawaihau, Kauai. She is survived by sons Alipio F. Jr., Roland, Rodney and Gary; daughters Stella Montero, Shirley Valdez, Sheila Herlandiz, Sandra Horner and Susan Mayer; brother Jude Ventic; 25 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
