Haruko Seida Shimatsu, 94, of Kekaha, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Kauai Care Center. She was born in Makaweli, Kauai. She is survived by son Kelly, daughter Kathleen Okamoto, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Private services.
