76Dr. John P. Clarkin, 84, of Vancouver, Wash., formerly of HonoÂlulu, a retired physician, died in Vancouver. He was born in St. Paul, Minn. He is survived by son John P. III, daughter Megan O’Niel, brother Robert, sister Valorie C. Scatcherd and two grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
