71Takeshi Okumura, 79, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a retired bank manager, died at home. He was born in Osaka, Japan. He is survived by wife Hanae; sons Kenneth, Curtis and Victor; daughter Nancy; sister Yasuko Handa; and nine grandchildren. Private services.
