72Victor Gentry BaileyJr., 63, of Kapaa, Kauai, a self-employed musician and farmer, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Atlanta. He is survived by sons Gandharva M.H. and Pueo Ross, Kuau Garsson and Victor "River" Bailey III; daughter Jade Decker; brothers Charles "Chuck" and Don; sister Glenda; and eight grandchildren. Celebration of life:10 a.m. Saturday at Kealia Beach, Hanalei side.
