83Alberto Cabeza Espanol, 73, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Safeway Kapaa grocery bagger, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Conrada, sons John and Romulo, daughters Darlene Antonio and Ferdinita Caraballe, and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. March 16 at St. Catherine Church, Kapaa. Mass: 11 a.m. Inurnment in the Philippines.
