81Isao "Frank" Matsumoto, 95, of Wahiawa, proprietor of Kilani Auto Upholstery Shop, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Hanapepe, Kauai. He is survived by wife Lorraine "Fumiko," sons Wayne and Brian, daughters Candice Matsunaga and Mae Takata, brother Yoshio, sister Chiyoko Araki, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
