Jack Donald Peters, 96, of Kailua, a retired air traffic control specialist and a Navy veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Wichita, Kan. He is survived by wife Virginia M., daughters Diane P. Fallas and Katy P. Maberry, and two grandchildren. Services pending. Donations suggested to the Alzheimer's Association. Additional information for an obituary published Monday.
