74Frances N.N. Wong, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. dispatcher, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Gregory Y.W. and Patrick, daughter Pamela Shankles, brother Harry Ho, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
