75Kiyo Matsumoto, 78, of Waipahu, a retired Army and Air Force Exchange Service visual merchandising specialist, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Naalehu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Helene A., daughter Kimberly, brothers Yoshitaka and Takashi, and sister Janet Biho. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
