79Alberta Carrie Botelho, 82, of Keaau, Hawaii, a musician, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by daughters Sandra de La Cruz and Dawn Eggstaff, sister Jean Ongies, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Queen's Medical Center.
