73Vivian Yoshiko Tsuruma, 94, of Honolulu, a Sheraton Moana Surfrider concierge, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Joyce R. Welsh, Blanche H. Nakano and Diane M. Ensign; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Private services.
