74Franklin Loy Kwai Leong, 71, of San Diego, a musician and ukulele teacher, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Christopher, daughter Catherine L. Doyle, brother Gordon and three grandchildren. Private scattering of ashes held. No flowers.
