Charles Lee Giddens, 66, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired Honolulu Fire Department firefighter and an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died on Kauai. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Beverly K. "Bev" Sakai-Giddens; sons Howard J. "Ikaika" Giddens and Imiloa J. Sakai-Giddens; daughters Kananiokaaina C. "Kanani" Giddens Hulama and Puanani P. Giddens Cortez; mother Cecilia K. Lindo; brothers Marshall E. "Hutso" and William H. Giddens, and Paul K. Lindo; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, maka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
