72Yolanda Ranche Ragasa, 53, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, a Hale Kupuna Heritage Home nurse, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. She is survived by husband Felymar P.; brothers Glenn, Wayne and Erwin Ranche; and sisters Jocelyn Ranche, Maribel R. Perez and Lailanie R. Marquez. Visitation: 6 p.m. April 5 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Burial in the Philippines.
