81Kendall Kalvin Kam, 55, of Honolulu, a truck driver, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Kendall K. Kam and Kelvin W.W.K.L.D. Aronowitz; daughters Shana K. Kam, Shardeah K. Serhant and Kristall Jennie K.Y.L.D. Aronowitz; brother Westley G. Kam; companion Dominique Furtado; and six grandchildren.
