Raymond Vincent Tiwanak, 91, of Pearl City, a retired Pan American World Airways jet mechanic and an Army veteran, died in Ewa. He was born in Makaweli, Kauai. He is survived by sons Eugene N. and Eric K., daughter Eileen P., sisters Gladys Sevener and Thelma Ligsay, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
