Fred Waikipoha Brown Sr., 62, of Waianae, a Navy veteran, died in Wai-anae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Fred Jr., Shariff and Cassius; brother William; sister Juanita Ornellas; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
