Paul Wayne Richard, also known as Frederick Frank Stadler, 69, of Keaau, Hawaii, a musician, artist and a Marine Corps veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Hospice of Hilo's Pohai Malama facility. He was born in Milwaukee. He is survived by son Paul A. Wesell, daughter Kimberly Arakawa, brother Walter Weis, sister Erla Lanke and a grandchild. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2, Hilo. Graveside committal services and burial at noon. Casual attire.
