He is survived by wife Christine Kaluhiokalani; son Ikaika; hanai son Patrick Rivera; daughter Natasha Kaluhiokalani; brothers Louis Jr. and Jeffery; sisters Elizabeth Nakama, Paulette Leong, Darlene Hubbard and Andrea Haili; and a grandchild. Celebration of life and scattering of ashes:9 a.m. Saturday at Kuhio Beach. Lunch to follow at Queen's Surf.
