73Frederick Dean Kapeliela "Dino" Kaeha, 46, of Hilo, a self-employed handyman, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Elizabeth Now Noe and Nicole McKeown; mother Lillian N.; brothers James K. and George; sisters Dawn Enos and Elizabeth "Tita" Kaeha; hanai brothers Sonny Apolo, Peter K. Mahi and Clyde Chong; and hanai sister Suzanna Nagamine. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Sunday at Haili Tent, Panaewa. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
