74Richard William Swanson, 78, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government information systems employee at Pearl Harbor, died. He was born in Rockford, Ill. He is survived by stepdaughters Joni K. Kaneshiro and Alisa R. Huking, brother Robert Edward, eight step-grandchildren and a stepgreat-grandchild. Private services.
