Frederick Harap, 76, of New Hampshire, a retired federal judge and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Linda, son Dean, brother Jeffery, sister Merle Flamhaft and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
