He is survived by his wife, Kristina; son, Chad Jr.; daughters, Aaliyah, Shaniyah, Hannahjade and Puppylicious; god- daughter, Mariah Manandic- Kapu and godson, Bryson Ahlo; parents, Larry Sr. and Wilma Kapu; brothers, Larry Jr. (Naoia), Michael (Maria), Joe Aiona (Ami), Ray Steele (Arvilynn), Tim Lopes and Ethan-James; sisters, Karen Cabalar (Everett), Rose Harris (Patrick), Verna Faatoafe (Frank); neices, Tascha (Cody) and Mariah; nephews, Micah and Marley; grandniece, Talia-Leitu and grandnephew, Raiyden-Faaleaga; in-laws, David and Sandy Manandic; sister in-law, Jewel Mitchell, along with many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunties and cousins.
