LORRAINE MISAO HO Lorraine was born on August 4, 1947. She was the third child of Satomi and Asao Kadosaki of Paia, Maui. She graduated from Maui High School and furthered her education at Eastern Oregon College, graduating with a degree in Education. She and husband Gene lived in California for a short time before returning home to Hawaii, spending her last 36 years in Kahaluu. She was a devoted, kind, loving and caring mother and grand- mother, to her sons Derek (Reza) and Craig (Sonya) and daughter Kimberly (Brian) Tyau and grand-daughters Madeline, Kira-Lei and Joie Tyau, and grandson Ethan Ho, all of whom participated in the Tutu and Me program with grandma. In addition, she is survived by her husband, sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces. A very special mahalo to the folks at Tutu & Me, the 7th Floor nurses and staff at the Queen-Emma Tower of The Queens Hospital and the nurses and staff at the Maunalani Nursing Home and the St. Francis Hospice for all of the compassion, care and comfort she received. Services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013, at the Nuuanu Memorial Park. Visitation at 10:00am, services at 11:00am. Inurnment at the Valley of the Temples at 2:30pm. Casual attire.
