John Samuel Johnson Jr., 67, of Waikiki, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., an entrepreneur, owner and operator of Tax Express in Georgia, and a Dupont chemical engineer in South Carolina, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hyannis, Mass. He is survived by sons John S. III and William P.; daughter Erica J. Sanders; brothers James, Michael, Jeffrey and Jerry; sisters Sandra Dunmire, Janet Hudak, Nancy Skorski and Debra Johnson; and seven grandchildren. Services held in Tallahassee, Fla. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Friends of Hanauma Bay, friendsofhanaumabay.org.
