81James Herbert Kaleo Sr., 87, of Waimanalo, a firefighter, sales representative, insurance agent, real estate agent and an Army veteran, died in Waimanalo. He was born in Greenwich Village, N.Y. He is survived by son James Jr.; daughters Layla Kaehu, Phoebe Lopes, Madeline Maiava and Gail Watts; brother Stanley M.; sister Tuddy Lake; 19 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Visitation at noon Saturday at Waimanalo School cafeteria, 41-1330 Kalanianaole Highway. Services: 1 p.m. Incorrect information in an obituary published Sunday.
