Roy Edgar Moser Jr., 90, of Kailua, a Food Science Department chairman at University of Hawaii and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Ohio. He is survived by wife Florence DiBello Moser, son David, stepson Rick DiBello, stepdaughter Linda DiBello, brother Kenneth, sister Marilyn Barstow, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
