Ruditt Santa Liboy Sr., 76, of Mililani, a self-employed salvage operator and a Coast Guard veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is survived by wife Dora; sons Ruditt Jr. and Enrique and William; daughters Rafaela Lewis and Iris Liboy; brothers Enrique, Edgar and Reuben; sisters Sonia Recio and Sandra Liboy; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
