Richard Montgomery Neese, 77, of Honolulu, a hull technician and a Navy veteran, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by wife Beverly E., son Kirby, daughter Elaine Medina, brother Jim, sister Joan Downing and two grandchildren. Private services.
