Katsumi Ouchi, 92, of Waipahu, a retired carpenter and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Kent; daughters Kathleen Shin, Arlene Kau and Karen Hanohano; sister Ellen Morgan; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Private services.
