Fred Shigemi Shinagawa, 77, of Kailua, a retired Wasa Electric Co. electrician and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Myles, Neil and Bob; brothers Susumu and Charlie; sister Sadie Tataishi; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Soto Mission of Hawaii.
