Norman On Yau Ching, 89, of Pearl City, a retired federal government employee and an Army veteran, died in Kapolei. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Shin Hop; sons Garrick, Clifton and Gilmore; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
