75Florentino M. "Tino" Sagon Sr., 106, of Hilo, a Volcano House Restaurant head chef, died at home. He was born in Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Florentino Jr., Alvin, Randolph, Michael and Leonard; daughter Clarita Waldram; sisters Valentina, Pauline, Pilarita and Leonora; 18 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
