Makoto "Mako" Kunimune, 90, of Honolulu, co-owner of Moiliili Store Ltd. and an Army veteran who served with the Military Intelligence Service in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nobuko; daughters Joan Teraizumi, Lynne Mitani, Ann Seo and Joy Talaro; brothers Harry and Thomas; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
