James Ross McGovern, 74, of Pearl City, a computer engineer and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Iowa. He is survived by wife Lorena M.L., daughter Cheryl Ann L.W. Freitas and a grandchild. Private services. Donations suggested to charity.
