Jose Rafael Manandic, 64, of Waipahu, a Times Super Market Waipahu security guard and an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Jose F. and sister Mercedes P. Stiles. Private services.
