80Masakazu Minei, 83, of Waimea, Kauai, a radar technician at Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lawai, Kauai. He is survived by wife Emily, son Marvin, daughter Sandra R. Souza, brother Masahiro, sister Gladys Komesu and three grandchildren. Private services.
