He is survived by brother Edwin and caregivers Imedgio, Estela and Leslie Ann Ellazar. Visitation: 4 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary, Kona. Services: 5 p.m. Additional services: 9 a.m. June 1 at Old Kona Airport, end of runway. Inurnment: 11 a.m. at Holualoa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers.
