77Pamela Y. Higa, 69, of Pearl City, owner of Creative Cakes and retired Carlson Travel employee, died in Pearl City. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard Y.; son David K.; daughter Rae Kanani Higa; brother Patrick Yim Jr.; sisters Maile Tsubaki, Joann Villarmia, Charlene Berryhill, Miki Lee Kwai and Taiya Barona; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. June 1 at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire.
