Clinton Munemitsu Tokuda, 86, of Aiea, an Army veteran and a retired pumping station mechanic for the city Wastewater Management Division, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He survived by wife Jane E., brother Yoshihiro and sisters Tamaki and Dorothy S. Private services.
