Henry Arthur Jr., 77, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Transportation inspector and an Air Force veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Reiko; daughter Karen Onaka; brother Howard Kashiwada; sisters Frances Okuhata,Doris Matsumoto and Lavaina Ferreira; and a grandchild. Private services.
