81Elsie Kiyomi Tsukano, 103, of Honolulu, a retired Liberty House knitting instructor, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Marion Y. Von, brothers Dr. Richard and David Yokoyama, caregiver Vernon Von, six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
