Eugene D. Lilly, 74, of Honolulu, an Army retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Marie-Frances, sons Robert and Wayne, daughter Isabelle, brothers Theodore Lilly Jr. and John Kovich, sister Nicolene Long and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
