Benjamin Joseph "Benny" Botelho, 84, of Halaula, Hawaii, a heavy-equipment mechanic for Kohala Sugar Co. and an Army sergeant first class who served in the Korean War, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by son Haven and sister Sharon. Visitation: 8 a.m. June 9 at Kohala Seventh-day Adventist Church, Hawi. Services and burial to follow at the church cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
